Hello All,
Just posted some pictures that I wanted to share. They are from the past year, and a few from our recent trip to Argentina.
We are getting back in the groove after our trip, which was great. Summer is hear and it is really hot, nothing more fun than caring chairs up to a client in 89 degree weather. You can only imagine what I look like at the end of the day, humidity is not my friend.
Have a great week. And hopefully I will get better at this.
Love, Vicki
Trying to upload this before it's ancient history! Can you believe Sean's all grown up? Well, it's easy when you're looking at him or talking to him, hey? The ceremony was very nice and it was a packed house. About 70 in his class. It was really good seeing the Watkins' side of the family.
The Larrson family were there and Aunt Kathy came down from Fayetteville. Beau was great but then he loooves the ladies and certainly didn't want for attention... thank you, ladies that entertained from behind and to either side! Seems not long ago that Sean was his size. My how time flies. Congratulations Sean and look out world!
Rowan is already wanting me to pay attention to him. I just sat down to compose this...and there he is. How does he know?!?!?!
Today has been fun! The weather is turning nice and we were definitely out there enjoying it. Who knows how long it will last! We don't always have such an action packed day...I don't have the stamina for it!
Started the day bringing Adam to work and going to the dog park like always. Only this time we went to Magnuson Beach at Sand Point to run Foley around. She got to play in the water, Zach got to play around some airplane wings,(They are stuck in the ground like monoliths all around this one area of the park.) and I got a good walk in too as the dog park is in the middle of this large park.
After lunch we ventured out to the Burien Farmer's Market. The boys and I started at the Market and worked our way down the rows of tents. There was a little bit of everything. Veggies and Fruits, jewelry, pastries, wood carvings, a few musicians and some yard art. I hear there will be more when the harvests start coming in.
What a great little town Burien is! We discovered the cutest little strip of shops where the market is! I was really surprised to find such a variety of specialty shops in Burien. I guess I wasn't giving this town enough credit.
Well Rowan is working up to a frenzy...so I'll finish this off with a few pictures from the day...it's only 5pm...but we're in for the remainder of the day. This mama is pooped.
Today was a busy day. We visited my friend Heather who's baby boy is over a month now. Hard to believe! We went to Ikea. Zach loves the kids playroom and he had a lot of pent up energy from being at Heather's house. It's a nice little break for us. He managed to cut himself right under his right eye on the way in. That boy has more bruises and scrapes! So while at Ikean I got a hammock! We have two trees in the backyard that were screaming for one. Rowan and I took a short swing tonight after I hung it. He loved it! Foley tried to climb in with us. Silly puppy. My camera battery is dead right now, so I'll take some pictures of it tomorrow. Took some adorable pictures of Rowan & the puppy last night just as the sun was leaving our yard. I love our backyard.
Ok, so the baby is standing by my leg just wailing, so I won't be writing long. Of course, when I sat down to start this is was content to play with his brother's sword. Zach is sleeping, the dog is trying to find an imaginary morsel under the refridgerator and like I said...Rowan is whining for me to pick him up. He does this alot. He's a big mama's boy that wants to be held constantly. I'm fighting the urge to cuddle him right now. Ah heck...he wins.
